Tuition Fees & Payment Options

At Wells Academy, all tuition fees are in Canadian dollars. We accept payments through Etransfer/EMT.
We also accept WeChat Pay/Alipay and Paypal, with additional transaction fees.
​​Please state clearly the student's name and program when making payment. 

EMT

Please Etransfer to wellsacademy.ca@gmail.com

PayPal

Please pay to wellsacademy.ca@gmail.com the tuition fee amount plus 4% transaction fee.

For example, if the tuition is $100, the amount you should pay is $104.

WeChat Pay/Alipay

Please scan the QR code and put in the tuition amount plus 2% transaction fee.

For example, if the tuition is $100, the amount you should pay is $102

After you complete your payment, please take a screen shot and submit it to wellsacademy.ca@gmail.com  along with the student's name, grade, program, Gmail address and parent's phone number.

 

We shall process your admission within three business days of receiving payment.

​Refund Policy

1.If you must cancel pre-booked classes please let us know in writing five business days before your first class to get a full refund of your tuition fee.

​

2. If you cancel pre-booked classes within five business days before your first class, a registration fee of $30 will be retained.

​

3. If you decide to withdraw from the program after the first class, please let us know in writing. You will be refunded for unattended classes and a registration fee of $30 will be retained.

​

4. There will be no refund if you have already attended two or more classes. However, if you decide to withdraw from the program, please let us know in writing and your credit for unattended classes minus a registration fee of $30 can be used for future programs.

*All applicable refunds will be processed within five business days.
